What do I have to put together when it arrives?

The chair arrives in parts and needs assembly — the base, gas lift, seat, backrest and footrest go together with the bolts and tool supplied. Most people finish it in about 30 to 45 minutes with one helper for lifting the backrest into place. Everything you need is in the box; no extra tools are required.

How much room does it need behind it when it reclines?

Plan for roughly 60 cm of clear space behind the chair so the back can recline fully without touching a wall or desk. The chair itself takes up about 65 cm wide by 65 cm deep, and the pull-out footrest adds around 40 cm in front when it is extended. If your space is tighter, recline part-way rather than all the way back.

How do the massage and heat functions get power?

The massage and heat functions run on mains power through a cord that plugs into a standard wall outlet — there is no battery to charge. You need the chair within reach of a socket, and the cord is roughly 1.8 m long. The vibration and heat are switched on and off from the control on the chair, so you can use them independently of each other.

Will the high back and headrest hold up through a long sitting day?

Yes — the high back is shaped to support your shoulders and upper spine, and the headrest gives your neck somewhere to rest when you lean back. Together they keep you from slumping forward over a full working day. The recline and footrest let you shift into a more relaxed position when you want a break from sitting upright.

How do I keep the upholstery and mesh clean?

Wipe the upholstery and mesh with a soft cloth dampened in mild soapy water, then dry it with a clean towel — no soaking and no harsh solvents. Vacuum the seat and back on a low setting every few weeks to lift dust out of the mesh. Keep the chair out of direct sunlight so the upholstery does not fade or dry out.
